| WBS Holding Ltd. was set up in1997 by a group of international traders operating on the Eastern European markets. It was designed as a brokerage house focused on derivative and FOREX trading on the main international markets. Sensing the momentum of the Romanian capital market, the company management decided to expand its activity into this attractive new area. This is how WBS Romania came into being. In a short time, the new company ranged second among Romanian stockbrokers in terms of trading volume. At present WBS Romania focuses on public offerings and advisory services with respect to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. |
